Lincoln Military Housing community policies are included in your lease packet. In addition to the Community Guidelines attached to your lease agreement, you are responsible for the Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton’s Family Housing Regulations. We are a dog friendly  in selected areas of the community.  Breed restrictions are strictly enforced.  Rottweilders, Wolf-Hybrid, and Pit Bulls and/or any mixture of these breeds are prohibited.  Let your four-legged friend run free and socialize in our very own dog park.

Leases are for a term of 6 months and revert to month-to-month after the initial term. *A 30 day notice is required for move-out. *Please see lease details for more information on move-in/move-out procedures.
