Features and Amenities

These 2, 3 and 4 bedroom townhouse/duplex style homes are equipped with a gas range, central air, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal and w/d hook-up. Utilities are included. These homes have carpet and window coverings throughout and a patio with an outside storage closet. A 24 hour maintenance service is made available to residents.

Swimming pool

There is an outdoor lap pool, Village Community pool and Khaki pool (E7 & Above).

Children's services

Located throughout the community are 6 playground-tot lots, 1 full basketball courts, 2 ½ size basketball courts and 6 covered picnic areas all for your enjoyment under the wonderful California weather. Children youth programs, teen center, youth sports are provided by MWR.

Fitness center

The gym and fitness centers are provided by MWR. The main side gym & fitness center is fully equipped with a full range of cardio equipment and free weights. The facility also boasts two indoor basketball courts, four racquetball courts, training rooms, health snack bar, and full service locker rooms with saunas. Located close to the gym are four outdoor tennis courts, four basketball courts, a volleyball court, a 2.5 mile fitness trail, and all-weather oval running track. The OPS side gym provides free weights and a comprehensive selection of cardio equipment. Daily locker rooms are available. Located just outside are a full size outdoor basketball court, sand volleyball, and picnic area. These are provided for your enjoyment.

Miscellaneous amenities

The theater, bowling alley, Outdoor Adventure Center, RV/Boat Park, and Auto Hobby Shop are provided by MWR. On base, here at NAS Lemoore, there are several businesses for your enjoyment and convenience: Uniform Store, Tailor Shop, Barber Shop, Commissary, NEX, Post Office, U-Haul, gas and service stations, and Hertz Car Rentals. Just to name a few!
