Features and Amenities

There are child play areas and basketball courts located throughout the site. For your convenience, a mini-mart is located on the north entrance to the community. Additionally, the Bayview Recreation Center offers wide variety of recreation programs for children ages three to seventeen. Some of these programs include open recreation, contract classes, field trips, teen programming, building rentals and special events.

Children’s Services

There are 26 tot-lots w/ multi-activity climber, spring animals, sand area, rubber matting & picnic area.

Community Center

There are two full size basketball courts in the recreation center (area 50x90 4500 sq ft.). Also, one volleyball court, approximate size is 70 x 40 2800 sq. ft. The Kid Center is available with video games and 2 computers. Also, a basketball court is available with a kitchen for birthdays and parties for rent. Exchange

Bayview has a small NEX at 6126 Ridgewood Drive (across the street from the district office) and they sell groceries, drinks, milk, eggs and other "7-11" type items.
