Standard amenities include: electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, smoke detectors, air conditioning unit in the living room, wall heaters in the living room and each bedroom, and screen doors. Also included are: carpet, window coverings, individual patio or balcony, a swimming pool, card operated laundry facility, and two conveniently located tot-lots. Ramona Vista is a gated community with key pad access.

Swimming Pool

This property features a pool, about a third of the size of an Olympic pool and holds 45,000 gallons. It is open from 8:30AM until 10:00PM.

There are two tot-lots located within the community. Offering jungle gyms, slides, swings, bridges and small spring toys.
