Features and Amenities

Santo Terrace offers Enlisted E1 - E9 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes with fenced backyards. These homes are duplex, triplex, and fourplex designs, containing two-story building types, with a few single level homes with 1 to 2 1/2 bathrooms. All of our homes have attached garages and are unfurnished. Each home comes equipped with refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves, microwaves and full-sized washers and dryers.

Swimming Pool

There is one pool, which is 4’ deep. The hours of operation are 7AM-10PM, Tuesdays through Sundays. Closing on all Mondays, unless Monday is a Holiday.

Children's Services

There are 22 tot-lots total throughout this community. Some have balance beams and bouncy toys. Others have jungle gyms with slides and swings.

Community Center

The community center is 10,000 sq. ft. and offers a business center with 6 computers. Also located in the business center are printers and a fax machine. The community center is available to rent with a deposit of $500.00 for the party room and $300.00 for the conference room. Deposits must be handed in 48 hours prior to the event.

Exchange

There is a small mini mart located near by the property. It offers a range of products from baby products to food.

Fitness Center

The gym is 600 sq.ft. The hours of operation are 5AM-10PM, seven days a week. It features treadmills, ellipticals, crunch machines, stationary bicycles, lat/mid row, multi press, shoulder press, ab/crunch extension, functional trainer, leg press, calf rise, prone leg curl, biceps/triceps machine and one leg extension.

Other

Nearby to the property is a child development center that offers childcare. Healthy Start offers case management, parent education, field trips, crafts, luncheons, and PAT (Parent as teachers). The youth center also promotes after school activities. There is also a Popeye’s Chicken. Hours of Operation: 7 days a week from 10AM – 10PM.
