Situated to the east of Camp Pendleton, the spacious one-story and duplex homes of this community sit in the peaceful town of Fallbrook— also known as “The Avocado Capital of the World”.

Fitness enthusiasts will also enjoy the nearby West Coast beaches, while Disneyland and Disney’s California Adventure—located an hour-and-a-half away—in Anaheim, provide the perfect day excursions for military families.
