The Serra Mesa Community is located on base, just twelve miles from the front gate of Camp Pendleton and Interstate-5, the Del Mar beach, Oceanside Pier and miles of coastal splendor.
Serra Mesa units include two-story one to two bedroom/1 ½ bath units. All townhouse-style homes come unfurnished and equipped with a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Amenities include a pool, tot-lots, gym and a multi-purpose community center.
Serra Mesa’s ideal location means that shopping, duty stations and attractions such as Legoland, Plaza Camino Real Mall and Carlsbad Premium Outlets are but a few minutes away. Best of all, the 22 mile-long SPRINTER offers North County residents a green transportation alternative to 15 different stations. There are a number of local elementary and high schools, with LAX and San Diego Airport less than two hours away.
