Residents can call either Lincoln at Your Service at (210) CALL-LMH (225-5564) or check on-line by setting up an account at www.lincolnservicetrack.com and viewing the ticket.
Effective 1 Aug 2010, you may apply for housing in advance with current assignment orders to FSH. This will place you in an admin hold status however, you will not progress on the wait list until all required documents are received and you have signed out of your current losing installation. Applications may be dropped off in person at the housing office, emailed or faxed in. Please contact the office for further information.
Log in to our Resident Portal by clicking the link and register with your resident id. Please call your local housing office for your resident id information or for assistance.
Active Duty service members with dependents who are permanently assigned to Ft Sam Houston. Students may qualify if assigned to FSH for a minimum of 52 weeks, or in some cases able to fulfill a 6 month lease. Please contact the housing office for more information. If you are assigned to a unit located within 50 miles from Ft Sam Houston you may qualify for Military housing under a different category* which could increase the wait time for housing.
Wait times are estimated, and are subject to change daily. Please contact our office for information regarding wait times. *Category 1: WTB and approved medical priority *Category 2: AD assigned to SAMH. *Category 3: AD not assigned to SAMH but within 50 miles.
