Lovell Cove is one of the excellent communities located within the Pax River fence line. The spacious homes of Lovell Cove include three- to four-bedroom townhomes with A.C, washer/dryer hookups, and fenced-in backyards. While Lovell Cove is a pet-friendly community, a maximum of two pets per household is required and certain breed restrictions apply. On base amenities include 2 tot-lots, a pool, fitness and community center, and Navy exchange.
The variety shopping and dining opportunities only 10 minutes away in the charming town of California, Maryland, along with K-12 schools and St. Mary’s Hospital add to the family-friendly feeling. Camping, golfing, hiking and other outdoor adventures are available on nearby Solomon’s Island.
With the nation’s capital a scenic hour-drive away, the Lovell Cove community promises a little bit of something for everyone in scenic Southern Maryland.
