These unfurnished duplex style homes have 2 bathrooms and a garage. Standard amenities include a gas range, dishwasher, refrigerator, garbage disposal, washer and gas/electric dryer hookup, and smoke detectors. Also included are: carpet, window coverings, and sliding glass doors leading out to a nice open patio area. As a result of this community being directly adjacent to the water, these homes do not have air conditioning. Lincoln provides landscape services for the front yards, however, the fenced back yard areas are the responsibility of the resident. A recreation building is available for meetings and other community events. There is also a pool located near the recreation building.
