Directions to the Field Grade Colonials from the Navy Regional Welcome Center/ Lincoln Military Housing Dahlgren District Office: The Field Grade Colonials are located on Caffee and Sampson Road. 1. To access the Field Grade Colonials on Caffee Road take Jenkins Road toward Caffee Road. Turn right onto Caffee Road. Pass through the roundabout on Sampson Road Circle, continuing on Caffee Road. Field Grade Colonials are on the right as you go around the loop. 2. To access the Field Grade Colonials on Sampson Road take Jenkins Road toward Caffee Road. Turn Right onto Caffee Road. Bear left at the Sampson Road Circle, continuing on Sampson Road. The Field Grade Colonials are on the right and left just beyond the Bungalows.
