Covid-19 Update on Maintenance Procedures

2020-05-28 Covid-19 Update on Maintenance Procedures

To Our Military Families and Valued Residents-

In March, as the pandemic shut down our Country, Lincoln Military Housing’s COVID-19 Task Force acted swiftly to implement procedures to ensure the health and safety of our residents and team members.

As we find the Nation in various phases of reopening, we are pleased to announce that our team will begin to resume maintenance on routine service requests on June 15th, 2020.

As you welcome us back into your home, one of our top priorities is the protection of our residents and team members. Equally important to us is that you feel safe during our visits.

Our health screening and safety procedures as well as the personal protective equipment we are using follow CDC, WHO, and OSHA guidelines. The procedures that will be followed in your home are the same, whether the visit is from a Lincoln Military Housing team member or a third-party vendor entering your home on our behalf.

All of our team members have completed a health screening before returning to work, and as we have done for emergency and urgent service requests since March 18th, our team members will continue to ask residents health screening questions before entering the home. For your comfort and peace of mind, we encourage you to ask these same questions to our team members if you have any concerns.

Additionally, we want you to know that we have asked our vendors and team members to not come to our communities if they are ill or if they exhibit symptoms of illness.

The requests below will be returned to normal response times, as part of our routine maintenance.

Inoperable microwave

Inoperable garbage disposal

Toilet or tub/shower clogged even when there is more than one working toilet, tub/shower.

LMH-owned washer and/or dryer not working

Dishwasher not draining (standing water inside)

As a reminder, the Lincoln Military Resident Mobile App and our web-based portal make it easy for your family to monitor and manage the maintenance of your home. And of course, our Lincoln at Your Service Call Center Associates are here to help you twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. To report emergency maintenance, we encourage you to call us at 1-888-578-4141.

Moments like this remind us that we’re all connected. We’re called upon to be our best selves, with patience, understanding, and compassion. Despite the many difficulties we all face, we would like to reassure you that Lincoln Military Housing remains fully committed to doing everything we can to support you and your family.

At Lincoln Military Housing, we know that Every Mission Begins at Home and we are honored that you have chosen to entrust your family’s housing needs to us.

Thank you,

Lincoln Military Housing
