Lincoln Military Housing Ranked First in Military and Multifamily Housing for Providing Exceptional Customer Service

Lincoln Military Housing (LMH) has been recognized by SatisFacts Research for providing premier customer service, receiving both the Superior Resident Satisfaction Company Award and National Exceptional Company Resident Satisfaction Award.

"We are so fortunate to have team members that truly believe in demonstrating our Mission to our military families every day, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! It's inspiring to see their commitment in action and then to be recognized for it!" said Cindy Sheridan, LMH National Service Director.

Of nearly 350 property management companies that participate in the SatisFacts survey program, LMH had the highest score of military property management companies and the highest in all multifamily housing.

"We are proud and thankful that the efforts made by our team at Lincoln Military Housing to serve the men, women, and families of our Military Services are recognized by our exceptional residents,” said Philip Rizzo, Vice President, Operations.

The awards are based on SatisFacts program surveys submitted by LMH residents throughout 2016.
