For the sixth straight year, Lincoln Military Housing (LMH) has been recognized for providing premier customer service to its residents. In 2019, satisfaction scores on maintenance and work order completion went up compared to 2018 and earned a grade of exceptional.
The National Resident Satisfaction Awards recognize top property management companies and communities who are dedicated to the resident experience. Winners are awarded for their company's leadership and focus on customer service efforts as measured through the SatisFacts' Insite survey program score. All survey results are based on direct feedback from Lincoln Military Housing residents.
"While we have worked to improve scores across the board, one area of intense focus has been on maintenance and work order completion, where we've increased staff, strengthened oversight of vendors, changed protocols, and have asked for feedback throughout the process. The best judges of our performance are the families who we have the honor to serve. We are especially proud to receive their vote of confidence as we work together to make improvements based on their continued feedback. Since introducing the SatisFacts' Insite program in 2014, we have utilized these resident surveys to implement changes in an effort to better our communities and the living experience for the families who choose to live with us," Philip Rizzo, COO/Co-CEO of Lincoln Military Housing.
With the SatisFacts National Index as the key indicator for resident satisfaction levels nationwide, winners are determined annually in two categories, 'National Company Awards' and 'National Property Awards'. Lincoln Military Housing won both honors.
