LMH Honors Partners for 15 Years of Outstanding Service

Lincoln Military Housing celebrated its fifteenth year of serving the men and women of our Armed Services during ceremonies held in Richmond, Virginia, and San Diego, California. Each year Lincoln recognizes team members who have excelled in their positions and honors their Navy, Marine Corps, and Army Military Housing Privatization Partner of the Year. In addition to honoring the most valuable members of the Lincoln team, the events celebrated the outstanding accomplishments and growth the company has achieved over the past 15 years.

“For over fifteen years, Lincoln Military Housing has been serving the men and women of our Armed Services. We have been Leading the Way Home for hundreds of thousands of residents who have left their families in our care while they bravely defend the freedoms, here and abroad, that we all enjoy,” said Philip Rizzo, Vice President of Operations, Lincoln Military Housing.

Lincoln strives to build relationships, not only with the Service members but also the community. As the President and CEO of the Armed Services YMCA, William French, stated, “Lincoln Military Housing is more than a housing company, they are a member of the military family. Their commitment improves the quality of life of our service members and their families. Lincoln brings the military community together. Whether they are donating space for a community center or working with residents on beautification projects, Lincoln is always looking out for the military family. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner.”

For 15 years, Lincoln has grown to support the Military across 35 installations in 11 states (including the District of Columbia). The addition of our most recent installation, Joint Base Lewis-McChord expanded the company to serve more than 36,000 military family homes.

Lincoln Military Housing continues to experience strong growth while its dedicated team of over 1,200 team members, many of whom are veterans, former service members, or spouses of current or former service members, remains committed to providing excellent customer service.  Their team plans over 1,500 events annually focused on creating opportunities to form lasting connections and make memories that will last a lifetime. Lincoln Military Housing is the proud recipient of the SatisFacts Research Exceptional Resident Satisfaction Company Award and National Company Resident Satisfaction Award, ranked first in both multifamily and military housing for customer satisfaction.

As we look forward to serving the Military for another 15 years, the Commander of Navy Installations Command, Vice Adm. Dixon Smith recently reflected on the significance of their first 15 years.

"Congratulations Lincoln Military Housing for 15 years of support to our military families," said Commander, Navy Installations Command, Vice Adm. Dixon Smith.

The quality and availability of housing is important, and that's why we rely heavily on our Public-Private Venture housing partners to ensure they are providing a suitable, safe, and affordable place for our Sailors and their families to live. Our Navy housing program was established to assist both accompanied and unaccompanied military members in finding suitable housing, wherever they are assigned around the world
